1. How long will it take to receive my validated data once I upload it into your system?
Depending on the size of your list and how many jobs are in front of you, normal turnaround time is
24-72 hours, during normal working days, Monday-Friday. With list sizes of 1 million or more records, this
will take some additional time to complete. We cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time.
2. If I have multiple separate lists, can I combine them and receive a discounted price?
Yes, if you combine all of your lists into a single list, we can run it as one list, which will reduce
the price. When you upload a list to us, we are expecting only a single list. All of our pricing is calculated
on a per list total count basis.
3. What will my list look like when the cleaning and validation is completed?
You will receive 2 lists back. The first list will be all valid and deliverable email addresses.
The second list will be all invalid, scrubbed, cleaned and undeliverable email addresses. Each list will
have email addresses only, even if you upload full record data.
4. Once you clean and validate the data, do you automatically match it up to the original data I provided?
No. We offer an additional service that will match up all of your valid/invalid email addresses to the full
record data you uploaded during the order process. We will add an additional column to your spreadsheet

5. What do you do with my data after it has been cleaned and validated?
We store all customer data on our secure, compliant internal storage server. This server is not connected
to the Internet and is only accessible from our internal network to specific IP addresses and by authorized
individuals who work directly with your data. After 90 days this data is truncated and destroyed.
6. Is my data safe from being used by anyone other than me, the list owner?
Yes, we use a PCI Compliant workflow with management and control of your data limited to a single individual
in charge of your order from start to finish.
7. How can I be sure my data won’t be used by anyone other than me?
There is a simple solution to be 100% positive your data is safe and unused by anyone else. Seed your data.
Create a few new email addresses with AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, etc and add these new email addresses to the list
you provide us for cleaning and validation. If you ever get an email to any of these newly created email
addresses, you will know there is a problem. Make sure you never use these email addresses for anything else,
as this will undermine their intended use.
8. If my database is collected and owned by me, why should I bother to clean and validate it?
Cleaning and validating your list will protect your IP reputation; enable you to keep good deliverability
and white listings in place. It will allow you to get better deliverability with your email campaigns and
avoid being blocked, black listed or shut down by your ISP.
9. Can you validate Yahoo email addresses?
Yes, we can validate Yahoo email addresses. The process to validate Yahoo is much more
complicated and time consuming, therefore we will only accept a maximum of 20% of Yahoo
email addresses in the full list you send us to clean and validate.
If your list has more than 20% Yahoo emails in it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
to find out what the additional charge will be based on the percentage of Yahoo in your list.
10. Does list cleaning and validating an email list really help deliverability of my newsletters and emails?
Absolutely, there is no question that sending to valid, deliverable and non-complainer emails will improve
your reputation and allow you to gain better deliverability.
11. What if my email list is in Excel with other data attached?
If you have your email list in excel with additional data such as first name, last name, address, city, state,
phone number, etc., we can match your valid and invalid data back up once our email list cleaning and validation
process is completed. We refer to this as “Matching Service”. We will simply add an additional column with the
word “valid” or “invalid” in the row of the specific data record. This is an added service we provide, for a fee,
and you will be asked during the order process if you wish to add this service to your order.

Yes, we can validate any email address from anywhere in the world.
13. What data file types do you accept for email validation?
We will accept email lists in any of the following file types: .txt, .csv, .xls, .xlsx or zip files.
14. Can my list be solely comprised of emails from a single domain, like aol.com or hotmail.com?
No, we cannot accept or process lists which contain 35% and more of any single
domain, other than Yahoo which is a 20% maximum.
If you are unsure of the domain makeup of your list or if your list will comply with our policy,
please email email@example.com, and we will be happy to check your list,
free of charge, prior to placing your order.
15. What is your 95% accuracy guarantee?
We guarantee the results of the customer provided email data file we process will be 95% accurate.
If there are any questions about the validity of our findings, we will review a complete bounce file,
provided by the customer, free of charge. We will review and re-run the file if necessary, at no charge,
to ensure compliance with our guarantee. We do not provide refunds as part of our guarantee.
If we determine and provide a recommendation in the email list cleaning and validation report,
included with your returned order, that your file and the email data contained in it are extremely old,
scraped, purchased or from an unreliable source based on our process, we cannot offer a guarantee on
the accuracy of our service. There are too many unknown variables with this type of data and would be
the main reason we made the recommendation of; “Do Not Send” to this email list, in our report.
