In an effort to provide a value-added experience for our customers, we send out a customer satisfaction survey upon completion of every list cleaning and validation order submitted. Our customers are asked to rate us on seven elements of the list cleaning and validation process, from their experience during the initial visit to our website to their satisfaction of the results.

Whether our ratings are good, bad, or ugly, our primary goal is to provide our perspective customers full transparency into what our existing customers think of our service. We also provide this information to establish a foundation of trust and to help assist us in continually improving our service and process.
