ADP Lightspeed is part of the ADP Dealer Services division, a Fortune 500 company recognized for its financial strength and resources. ADP Lightspeed is a provider of Dealer Management Service Solutions to Powersports, Marine and RV dealerships. They have accumulated a network of dealers that benefit from ADP’s proprietary software and data solutions. The Dealer Management Software improves profitability across all dealership operations due to the ability to track inventory levels, ordering, service, and customer information. A primary driver of success is attributed to ADP’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool to improve customer retention through Lightspeed Loyalty Rewards, CSI Surveys, Automated Follow-Ups, and more.

The Business Challenge

ADP Lightspeed clients would upload their customer lists, utilized in various other systems, to ADP Lightspeed’s CRM tool. Their customers were experiencing a large percentage of emails being tagged as spam and a variety of other deliverability issues. Because of the ongoing delivery and filtering problems with these new customer provided lists, ADP Lightspeed needed to find a solution that would eliminate all bad data before uploading the customer lists to their CRM system.

The Solution

Email Answers provided ADP Lightspeed with a solution to validate all customer submitted email addresses prior to importing into their CRM.

All new clients using the ADP Dealer Management Software submitted their databases for validation prior to being uploaded to their CRM. This file is then securely submitted to Email Answers for processing and validation. Since the lists are not usable until this process is complete, ADP chose Email Answers’ Preferred Partner Program which ensures seamless, secure file transfer and the fastest turnaround time available for processing.
