Your email creative is the first consumer touch point to your brand, making it one of the most important aspects of your email marketing campaign. Therefore, it is imperative that the look, feel and message conveyed by your email creative reflect your uniqueness in a visual manner.

If you do not have your own email creative, or you would like us to design and create one for you, our experienced design team will work with you to design and build an email creative that encompasses your unique message, your branding and your offerings. Hosting of the images will be provided by Email Answers during the course of your email campaign with us at no additional cost. Once the campaign is completed, you will own that email creative for your own future use, if desired. If you are not doing an email campaign with us, we will provide a file with all HTML Code and images to use as you wish.

The process is simple and straight forward.

  1. Provide us all of your content and any images, if you have them and some direction on how you want your email creative to look.
  2. During the initial design phase, we will provide you with our expert guidance and advice on designing and building an effective email creative. We will also provide you tips on what you need to make it great and suggestions on what to avoid.
  3. An initial mock-up of the email creative will be provided for review.
  4. You will provide us with feedback on the email creative and if you wish, changes and alterations you would like to make.
  5. A second mock-up of the email creative will be provided for review. All of the changes and alterations will be made as instructed.
  6. Finally, the mock-up will be converted into an HTML Email creative and we will provide you with a JPG image to use as you wish.
  7. If you are doing an email campaign with us, we will setup and test your new email creative for approval prior to deploying your campaign. If you are not doing an email campaign with us, we will provide a file with all HTML Code and images to use as you wish.
